Baked Oatmeal Recipe.

In a Large bowl add the quick oats, baking powder and cinnamon then mix together. In a separate bowl combine the milk, egg, juice and agave nectar. Now add the two bowls together and mix well but do not over mix. Next fold the blueberries in, do not stir or they will break. For the banana slice it thinly and set it to the side. Take a 8x8 baking dish (preferably ceramic) and use your butter to grease the dish so that your oatmeal does not stick. Pre heat your oven to 350 and add your oatmeal mixture to your dish. Take your banana you set aside and layer over the top. Sprinkle extra cinnamon and bake for 20 minutes. ENJOY!
